You may browse Memelith and use available creator tools for lawful purposes. You must be at least 13 and able to agree to these terms. Features may change, pause, or leave alpha as the service develops.
Accounts and access
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Member access does not grant editorial authority. Founder controls, unpublished research, moderation tools, and commercial operations are restricted and may not be probed or bypassed.
Contributions
You retain rights you hold in submitted text, sources, and media. You give Memelith a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, adapt, display, and publish the contribution for archival, editorial, moderation, and promotional purposes. Do not submit material you lack authority to provide.
Prohibited conduct
Do not upload malware, impersonate others, scrape or overload the service abusively, evade access controls, manipulate metrics, harass people, submit knowingly false evidence, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Archive accuracy
Meme history is often incomplete and contested. Verification labels describe Memelith’s evidence assessment, not certainty. The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, historical completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
Responsibility and termination
To the extent permitted by law, Memelith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. We may suspend access or remove submissions that create security, legal, or integrity risks.
