Privacy, without the fog.
Memelith collects the minimum data needed to run accounts, verify subscriptions, improve the archive, and protect the service.
Effective August 10, 2026 · Contact hello@zilladelphia.comWhat we collect
Account providers may give us an identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. Dispatch subscriptions store an email address, consent version, verification state, and timestamps. Corrections and evidence submissions store what you send, source links, and an optional reply address.
Analytics and device data
Optional analytics measure searches, record opens, branches, remixes, exports, shares, subscription steps, return visits, and performance metrics. We do not intentionally send captions, uploaded media, filenames, email addresses, or raw sensitive searches to analytics. Analytics stays off when you decline it.
Essential storage
Authentication uses essential browser storage and a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. Device-local preferences may remember saved records, recent records, and your analytics choice. These are necessary or functional rather than advertising trackers.
How we use and share data
We use data to operate accounts, confirm requested emails, answer corrections, prevent abuse, understand product performance, and improve archive quality. We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure and email providers process data only to provide their services to Memelith.
Retention and choices
Unverified dispatch requests expire operationally after 24 hours and may be periodically deleted. Verified subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe. Editorial submissions may be retained as part of the research and audit trail. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to security, legal, and archival obligations.
Children and changes
Memelith is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service and applicable requirements evolve; material changes will receive a new effective date.
